Ethel died between the back door of my apothecary and her car.

Which was extremely inconsiderate.

I had just hosted Moon & Myrtle’s first botanical brewing class, and it had gone surprisingly well. No one poisoned herself. No one accidentally summoned anything. And only one woman asked whether my “herbal intuition” came from the devil.

I considered the evening a success.

Then Ethel collapsed in the alley.

Naturally, everyone assumed she drank something toxic during the class. After all, she had spent the evening inside an apothecary owned by the mysterious new woman in town.

That would be me, Celeste Bramble.

But Ethel didn’t swallow what killed her. I didn't offer anything that could possibly hurt someone, that wouldn't be good for business.

By the time she died, only five people remained at Moon & Myrtle. One of them is a murderer. Unfortunately, I’m also one of them, which makes investigating slightly awkward.

Especially when I’m already keeping a rather significant secret from Seagrass Landing.

I’m a witch.

Not the green-faced, broom-riding sort. I own a broom, obviously, but it’s for sweeping. Mostly.

I’ll be writing to you as I investigate Ethel’s murder, because I need someone outside Seagrass Landing whom I can trust. I’ll send you the clues, the gossip, the suspicious behavior, and a few carefully chosen treasures from Moon & Myrtle.

You’ll help me decide who is lying.

And, more importantly, who had a grudge bad enough to kill Ethel.

Welcome to Moon & Myrtle, a twelve-letter mystery from Clues & Coffee.

If you love cozy mysteries, secret witches, eccentric suspects, small-town scandals, magical misbehavior, and real mail filled with clues and keepsakes…

This is your next obsession.

But consider yourself warned:

Once my letters get to you, you’re officially involved.

And in Seagrass Landing, secrets have a nasty habit of refusing to stay buried.
